AAI Labs is a diverse team of ML professionals creating custom AI solutions for government and private sector clients.

This Junior Product Growth Manager role will play an integral part in the success of our product development team. It offers an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to participate in building and growing our business.

Our goal is to build and validate products that make a real difference. If you love wearing multiple hats, working with data, talking to users, and turning insights into action, keep reading! Your main responsibility will be to help shape product decisions with real-world data.

What you'll do:

• Work alongside our commercial and technical teams on a variety of products, to translate user feedback into product improvements.
• Track key product metrics (e.g., user sign-ups, engagement, conversion rates) and look for actionable insights.
• Launch small-scale ad campaigns, pilot outreach strategies, and run experiments to attract and engage early users.
• Conduct direct outreach to potential customers, gather feedback, and refine our product-market fit hypotheses.
• Take the lead on growth experiments — from brainstorming ideas to measuring their impact — in order to find scalable strategies.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English language skills.
• Critical thinking, a high level of independence, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field of studies does not matter — we value potential and mindset over specific degrees:
• You question assumptions, dig into the data, and propose evidence-based solutions.
• You're self-driven, unafraid to experiment, and okay with pivoting when something doesn't work.
• You rapidly pick up new tools or concepts and put them into practice.
• You empathize with customers and actively seek their feedback to guide your decisions.
• Good familiarity or previous exposure with modern AI tools and ecosystems — such as Codex, agentic AI workflows, Perplexity, and similar frontier technologies — is a plus.
• Experience building or contributing to landing pages, whether through AI-assisted tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude Code) or traditional web development, is a plus.
• Some familiarity with data tracking or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Comfort with running simple ad campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.), or a willingness to learn quickly.
