About The Role
Our Digital team is pivotal in empowering LuxGive to build and scale the company's tech infrastructure, enabling us to fulfill our fundraising mission. Digital is LuxGive's internal team for all things tech, covering product delivery, IT support, access management, and process and tooling requests across the company. We are looking for a curious, driven
Junior Product Manager to join the team and grow into a key contributor across both digital operations and product delivery.
This is a brand-new role at LuxGive; you'll be the first person hired for it. That means the day-to-day mix of product work and digital operations support will likely shift as we learn what the business actually needs, and you'll have real influence in shaping what this position becomes. You'll contribute to product projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to working alongside designers and developers to ship features, while also playing an important role in supporting the team and keeping our digital operations running smoothly.
We're not looking for someone who has done it all before. We're looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to figure things out. If you're eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and want a role that will grow with you, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Participate in scrum meetings and product sprints alongside developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Perform website and platform QA checks to identify bugs, inconsistencies, or UX issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support day-to-day Salesforce administration and process improvements (specific scope will depend on team needs).
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor product performance and contribute to data-driven decisions.
- Explore, test, and document AI tools and automation workflows to identify opportunities to reduce manual work across the organization.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day IT requests, including account setup, access management, and tooling.
- Keep internal process documentation accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional; no extensive prior experience required, but a demonstrable hunger to learn and deliver.
- Great attention to detail; you catch things others miss and take pride in getting things right.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through reliably.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, confident in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), and curious about what the numbers say.
- Proactive and self-motivated; you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Ability to work core hours overlapping with EU time zones.
- Genuine interest in AI tools, automation, or process optimization (hands-on experience is a plus, curiosity is a must).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar).
- Exposure to no-code / low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of how web applications work (front-end, back-end, APIs).
- Experience with or interest in Salesforce or CRM platforms.
