Job overview:

Do you notice when a name, a file or a status doesn't quite match what it should? Do you like following a process carefully, learning new tools quickly, and taking satisfaction in getting the details exactly right? If so, we'd love for you to join our Product & Technology team as a Junior Product Operations & Quality Specialist! 🔍

In this role, you'll combine structured manual testing with recurring product and campaign operations. You'll test our web and mobile products, upload and verify creator assets, generate TikTok campaign invite links, check information connected with TikTok and Meta, and support selected administrative work in our internal systems. It's a broad, hands-on entry point into digital product and platform operations — reporting to our Head of Product and working closely with our CTO.

A quick, honest note: part of this role is repetitive and process-based — checking spreadsheets, uploading files, confirming settings, monitoring statuses. Accuracy and reliability matter here as much as curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

• Test the Foap Enterprise platform, Admin Panel and iOS/Android apps — validate Jira tasks after deployment, follow test scenarios from Confluence and spreadsheets, record pass/fail/blocked results, and report defects with clear steps and screenshots.
• Generate TikTok campaign invite links — review agency campaign requests, select the correct brand, campaign, mission type and settings, and pause to clarify when information is incomplete.
• Upload and verify creator assets — match agency materials to the correct campaign and creator, create missions, monitor processing status, and publish only once checks are complete.
• Verify TikTok and Meta information — maintain a list of assets with missing or incorrect data, cross-check information across systems, verify authorizations, and escalate with clear evidence.
• Support other product operations — create brands, crowds and user accounts in the Admin Panel, manage agency user access, and help improve operating documentation.

Who You Are:

• Good professional English — enough to read documentation, write a clear Jira comment, and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and personal organization.
• Confident using web apps, mobile apps, spreadsheets and shared documents.
• Able to learn unfamiliar tools and follow a multi-step process accurately.
• Comfortable working independently after onboarding, with good judgment about when to pause and ask for help.
• A methodical thinker who investigates unexpected results without jumping to unsupported technical conclusions.
• Genuinely comfortable with recurring, process-based work — and curious about digital products, creator platforms or advertising technology.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience in manual software testing.
• Background in product or platform operations, digital marketing/campaign operations, customer support or back-office administration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exposure to TikTok, Meta, admin panels or the creator economy.
