As a Junior Project Controller based in Bristol, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and client teams, gaining hands-on experience while receiving structured training, mentoring and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Assisting with project planning and scheduling activities. Monitoring project performance against key milestones and deadlines. Producing project reports, dashboards and performance metrics. Supporting project governance, meetings and reporting cycles. Tracking project risks, issues, actions and dependencies. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring data accuracy. Analysing project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with Project Managers, PMOs and client stakeholders to keep projects on track. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, or experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Planning, Engineering, Business or a similar role. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Power BI is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
