Support planning and forecasting of budgets, resources, and engineering capacity to help projects stay on track. Prepare reports and lead reviews by coordinating management reviews and providing data-driven recommendations. Drive continuous improvement through change management, process enhancements, and corrective actions. Partner with project teams, finance, and engineering to support effective project execution while ensuring compliance with Aerospace policies and procedures. YOUR MUST HAVE Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical mindset with an interest in project planning, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis Good knowledge of Excel and confidence working with data and metrics Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn project management tools and financial systems Strong oral and written English language communication skills Ability to work with large, remote, and diverse teams in a matrix org.
