NJTECHLAND LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Junior Project Manager to support and coordinate nationwide IT field service projects.
The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating technicians, monitoring active work orders, communicating with customers, tracking project schedules, and ensuring each service call is completed according to the required scope of work.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and technicians at the same time.
Responsibilities include coordinating technician schedules, confirming technician availability, monitoring check-in and check-out times, communicating project updates to customers, reviewing work-order notes, collecting completion documentation, following up on missing deliverables, tracking project progress, escalating issues when necessary, and assisting with project closeout.
The position also requires regular communication with technicians, customers, dispatchers, and internal team members. Strong spoken and written English is required because the candidate will communicate directly with U.S.-based customers and technicians.
Candidates should be comfortable using email, spreadsheets, project-management systems, and web-based applications. Experience in project coordination, IT field services, dispatching, customer service, telecommunications, structured cabling, or technical support is preferred.
The successful candidate should be dependable, proactive, professional, organized, and capable of working independently while following company procedures and deadlines.
This is a full-time remote position working primarily during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Compensation: $800.00
