About the role
As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will assist our consultants in using large language models to process vast amounts of unstructured data from a major European logistics partner. This client is currently navigating complex structural shifts, and we need to ensure that our internal workflows produce precise, reliable results from their internal documentation. This is a fully remote position that focuses on the intersection of technical instruction and clear, logical communication to help our team reach objective conclusions.

What you will do

• Test and refine instructions for language models to extract specific organizational data from logistics reports.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy against original source documents provided by the client.
• Maintain a library of successful prompt templates for recurring consulting tasks.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify where model reasoning fails or provides inaccurate information.
• Document the logic behind specific prompt sequences to ensure team members can reproduce results.
• Assist in cleaning and formatting raw text data before it is processed by our internal tools.
• Monitor the performance of automated text analysis workflows during client engagements.
