Junior Prompt Engineer

We are hiring a Junior Prompt Engineer to support a specific engagement with a French financial technology firm. What you will do

• Write and iterate on prompts to extract specific commercial insights from large datasets related to the fintech sector.
• Conduct systematic tests to compare how different prompt versions influence the accuracy and tone of the responses.
• Assist senior advisors in translating complex investment scenarios into structured instructions that a model can process reliably.
• Maintain a library of successful prompts and document the logic used to achieve specific results for the client.
• Review generated summaries of counterparty behavior to ensure they reflect the ground reality of the market.
• Identify patterns where models struggle with financial terminology and suggest adjustments to improve clarity.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the prompt library stays updated as the project requirements evolve.
• Support the production of final client positions by providing structured data and clear assisted analysis.

What you bring
