(Junior) Recruitment Consultant

We are a boutique recruitment and staffing firm based in Zug, working across Switzerland and Europe. We place permanent and contract professionals in IT, engineering, healthcare, finance, and other highly regulated industries.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• You build our candidate network: active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels, generating leads, and cold calling to identify new talent for our mandates
• You own your pipeline from first outreach to signed offer and organize your workload independently
• You lead interviews with professionalism and respect, assess candidates properly, and prepare them for every step of the process
• You work closely with your team to understand each mandate and match the right talent to the right projects
• You write and place job ads and build talent pools for recurring roles
• You accompany candidates through offer, contract, and start, and stay in touch after the placement
• You keep our CRM and documentation clean, so the whole team can rely on it

Your Profile

• You enjoy building relationships and communicate confidently, in writing and on the phone
• You work in a structured way and keep the overview when several processes run in parallel
• You take initiative, want to see the impact of your work, and are ready to own your results early
• Fresh out of university or around a year of experience, both work. What matters is drive, not a CV full of titles
• You are fluent in English; an additional language is a nice to have
