[email protected]We are looking for Junior Remedy/Helix Developers for an IT platform assignment in Solna.
In this role, you will work with the BMC Helix platform, building and configuring solutions based on designs and guidance from senior colleagues. You will gain hands-on experience while helping deliver secure, maintainable and production-ready solutions across ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows and Innovation Suite.
Responsibilities include:
- Configure and build Helix components such as ITSM, DWP, BWF and Innovation Suite
- Implement workflows, forms and request experiences
- Support integrations between Helix and surrounding systems, such as DevOps tools
- Assist with bug fixing, testing and troubleshooting
- Document configurations and changes clearly
- Participate in code and configuration reviews
- Learn and apply ITSM, ServiceOps and IT4IT ways of working
- Collaborate with developers, designers and platform teams
Required experience:
- Some experience with the BMC Helix platform
- Foundation in software development, configuration or low-code platform work
- Interest in ITSM, ServiceOps or enterprise platforms
- Basic understanding of integration concepts and APIs such as REST and JSON
- Exposure to scripting or workflow-based automation is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to document work clearly
- Collaborative attitude and comfort working with architects and engineers
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
