Junior Retail Merchandising Manager (f/m/d)

As our Junior Retail Merchandising Manager , you will manage our physical retail presence, from fixture development to new store openings and large-scale rollouts. You’ll be responsible for stock and demand management of retail furniture and display elements, while coordinating with agencies, retail partners, and internal teams. You will also collaborate closely with Retail Marketing and Category Management to create compelling planograms and optimize point-of-sale materials with the goal of driving revenue and enhancing brand presence. With strong project management skills and a creative eye, you’ll ensure smooth operations and consistent brand execution across all touchpoints. Manage and coordinate external agencies for retail execution and installation Oversee inventory and demand planning for furniture, display units, and merchandising components Strategic Buying of Merchandising Services and our Furnitures including all inserts and spare parts Plan and execute new store openings, re-openings, and closures in collaboration with cross-functional teams Create, implement, and optimize planograms and retail displays in partnership with Retail Marketing and Category Management Handle end-to-end coordination of large-scale rollouts and seasonal updates across POS locations Manage direct communication with retail customers on merchandising needs and rollouts Lead the development of new retail fixtures and improve existing ones with a focus on cost-efficiency and category performance Ensure all retail merchandising projects are delivered on time and within budget, including detailed planning and budget tracking Support the implementation of a category-focused approach at POS to increase sell-out and brand visibility Completed commercial training or a university degree 2+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising or POS Management Fluent in German and English Proactive communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong analytical mindset with experience in budget planning and performance tracking Hands-on experience with planograms, fixture design, and merchandising principles Highly organized with a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong project management skills Confident working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international team environment Varied daily work routine: Embrace unique opportunities each day to tackle new challenges, bring your skills and ideas to the table, learn, and grow in a diverse and dynamic workplace, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
