As a Junior RPA Specialist, you will join Arla's Robotics (RPA) area, where we design, develop and support robots that automate business processes across the company. This is a junior role, but not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has initial experience working with both business processes and technology, and who wants to further build a career within Robotics Process Automation.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, developers and support teams to turn process needs into automation solutions. You will contribute to both new robot developments and the improvement of existing automations, while developing your technical expertise in an international IT environment.

How You Will Make An Impact
You will participate in the full lifecycle of RPA solutions from understanding business requirements, through development and testing, to deployment, support and continuous improvement. The role sits in the Hyper Automation area within IT & Digital Supporting and Cross Functions.
- Develop, test and deploy RPA solutions, primarily using Blue Prism and Power Platform,
- Translate business requirements and process knowledge into logical automation workflows, working closely with business analysts, architects and stakeholders.
- Working within a DevOps model, with focus on development while also supporting live bots, incidents, stabilization and continuous improvement when needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing support and improvement of live robots, including incident analysis, root cause investigation, stabilization and performance monitoring.
- Support RPA standards, reusable components and knowledge sharing
What Will Make You Successful
We are looking for a junior professional with initial practical experience in automation, software development, business process improvement, digital transformation or a similar IT-related area. You should be comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology understanding processes, communicating with stakeholders and contributing to technical solutions.
- Initial experience, typically around 1-3 years,
- Basic knowledge of RPA concepts and practical exposure to RPA tools, preferably Blue Prism, gained through work, internships, projects, training or certification.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as .NET, C#, SQL, Python or Java, and a general understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
- Ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into clear automation logic with support from more experienced colleagues.
- Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with both business and technical both business and technical colleagues in an international environment.
