Junior SAP B1 Trainee

About the role

At Fonseca Advisers, the Junior SAP B1 Trainee is the entry point into our consulting career path. This person joins with limited or no prior SAP experience and is trained from the ground up on SAP Business One and, progressively, on add-ons like BEAS Manufacturing and Produmex WMS, while shadowing senior consultants on live client projects.

Because trainees are exposed early to client-facing tasks — first-line support, functional documentation, and eventually direct client communication — for a client base concentrated in the US, Fonseca Advisers requires English proficiency of C1 or higher (C1+) from the start. SAP knowledge is something we build together through the trainee program; the English level required to represent the firm professionally as responsibilities grow is not.

The Opportunity

No prior SAP experience is required — we will train you from the ground up on SAP Business One (SAP B1) and, over time, on add-ons like BEAS Manufacturing and Produmex WMS.

You'll join our trainee program, learn by working on real implementation projects for clients primarily in the US and worldwide, and grow under the mentorship of our senior consultants. What we need from you is the right academic foundation, strong English, and genuine commitment to building a consulting career.

What you'll do

● Complete our structured SAP Business One training program.

● Shadow and support senior consultants on live implementation projects.

● Assist with system configuration, data migration, and testing.

● Help prepare functional documentation and end-user training material.

● Provide first-line support to client users as your skills develop.

● Progressively take ownership of tasks and, eventually, project workstreams.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering (recent graduates welcome).

● Advanced English (C1 or higher / C1+) and Spanish — written and spoken.

● Genuine interest in building a long-term career in SAP / ERP consulting.

● Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

● Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team.

● Full-time availability.

● Located in Latin America.

Nice To Have

● Internships or academic projects involving ERP systems, business processes, or process improvement.

● Basic SQL or database knowledge.

● Exposure to accounting, inventory, manufacturing, or logistics concepts.
