Junior SAP IBP Consultant

SAP IBP Consultant Bizbrain Technologies provides consulting services to Enterprises, with a particular focus on SAP customers or SAP prospects. SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) fulfils future demand profitably with real-time supply chain management. Powered by in-memory computing technology within SAP HANA, this cloud-based solution combines capabilities for sales and operations; demand, response, and supply planning; and inventory optimization. The SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible to execute the delivery tasks according to a specific deliver methodology developed by Bizbrain Technologies and in line with the project plans and timelines. Bizbrain Technologies is expanding its team in Montevideo to offer to market very innovative service packages. The Team will serve customers in North America, Europe and Latin America. The team will have the following tasks to be performed: Configuration of IBP system for demos, pilots, customer Projects and Proof Of Concepts. These will be performed under direct assistance and coordination of a senior consultant, with clear provided instructions documented by Bizbrain best practices and standards. Process and procedure documentation of business solutions, allowing new learning and skills to the consultant. Perform the execution and documentation of defined test scripts, that belong to business process, by following delivery standards. Perform Data Analysis having a focus in data consistency and correctness within IBP. Execute Data loads tasks by learning and using IBP standard features and SAP integration tools. Being part of a support team that performs Support activities to existing productive customers. All other duties as assigned Bizbrain Technologies will provide training on SAP IBP and on the delivery methodology. Quality in delivery is paramount and will be the main KPI. Accuracy and ability to handle requests in an orderly and prioritized fashion are required for this position. A calm and steady approach is required to handle the analysis of complex system configuration to identify the root causes of malfunctions. The position may require international travel, but for a limited period of time. Education and Qualifications Advanced student in careers as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science. Must have skills: Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to customers, peers and higher management is required. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate should have strong hands-on capabilities and the ability to effectively work in team, show clear communication skills and a strong analytical mind. Ability to model mathematically business problems (data modeling) Nice to have: The ideal candidate should have about 2 years of experience in the job (Supply Chain Planning or Supply Chain Management). Knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes is valued.
