Junior Scrum Master

About the role
The Junior Scrum Master acts as a facilitator for a distributed team of analysts and project specialists. In this capacity, you will guide the team through structured cycles of work, ensuring that every member remains clear on their objectives and free from unnecessary distractions. Because our firm operates entirely through a remote model, you will be responsible for creating a sense of order and predictability within digital collaboration spaces. What you will do

• Facilitate standard agile ceremonies including daily syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Assist the team in identifying and resolving obstacles that slow down project progress.
• Maintain digital boards and documentation to ensure transparency across all project phases.
• Help refine project backlogs by coordinating with analysts and technical specialists.
• Support the adoption of structured workflows among team members who are new to agile methods.
• Monitor team capacity to prevent overcommitment and maintain a sustainable pace of work.
• Prepare brief weekly updates on process health and project status for the management team.
• Ensure all project assets and documentation are organized and accessible in our remote repository.
