We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join Konecranes in an exciting digital transformation project. In this role, you will support the implementation of a modern Headless CMS platform while working closely with international stakeholders, development teams, and external technology partners across different countries. You will work as part of an international Agile team in a role that combines Scrum facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, and user support. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Daily Scrums and other Agile ceremonies, supporting communication between internal teams and external vendors, monitoring project progress, and helping users with basic platform-related questions. You will also play an important role in ensuring that collaboration runs smoothly and that teams stay aligned throughout the project. This is a full-time fixed-term position until the end of 2026, with a possibility for continuation. We hope you can start in August or September 2026. You will be employed by Biisoni and work on assignment at Konecranes. The role follows a hybrid working model, with occasional visits to the Hyvinkää office approximately every one to two weeks. As part of an international team, the role also includes occasional travel within Europe. What are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in an international environment. You may be at the beginning of your career or have already gained some early work experience through previous roles. We hope you have a genuine interest in the IT and digital solutions environment, and a willingness to learn how modern platforms and development teams operate. To succeed in this role, you should have an interest in Agile ways of working and feel comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders. The role also includes light technical/user support, so you should enjoy helping users with basic platform-related questions and troubleshooting simple issues in collaboration with the development team. Previous experience in Scrum teams, project coordination, IT support, or Agile environments is considered an advantage. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial, and excellent spoken and written English skills are required. As a person, you bring positive energy to those around you and enjoy helping people work towards common goals. You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative when needed.
