(Junior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a (Junior) Social Media Manager , you will help shape engaging, trend-driven content for one of Europe’s leading Home & Living brands. We are looking for a highly creative and digitally savvy team member with a strong eye for design, a passion for social media, and a deep understanding of internet culture and emerging trends. In this role, you will support the creation of social-first content across Instagram, contribute creative ideas, and help bring campaigns and storytelling concepts to life. You’ll work closely with Social Media Managers, Creative teams, influencers, and external partners in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. We’re looking for someone who is not only visually strong, but also naturally plugged into what’s trending online, from formats and creators to AI tools and new platform developments. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the Instagram team in creating visually engaging social assets Design social-first graphics and creative visuals for Instagram Edit and adapt content for different social platforms and formats Support post-production and asset optimisation for social media Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral formats, and internet culture Research emerging trends, creators, and AI tools Collaborate closely with Social Media, Creative, and Brand teams Identify new visual and creative opportunities for social content YOU COME WITH Passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging trends, as well as at least the first working experience in the field Strong graphic design and post-production skills, and understanding of Instagram and social-first content Interest and knowledge in AI tools and creative AI workflows Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Fluency in British English WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
