What you'll do: Take part in the development of the Mendix platform, a leading low-code application development solution. Engage in short feedback cycles to break down complex challenges and construct effective solutions. Take ownership of your work and contribute to team success. Thrive in a collaborative environment, actively participating in discussions and knowledge sharing. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. What you'll bring: We're looking for a motivated individual with: A Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as C# or TypeScript. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a keen interest in employing them to improve efficiency. A strong passion for technology, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and adopt continuous improvement. Strong communication and social skills, with a desire to work optimally within a team. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is €55-65,000 annually, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
