In this role you’ll get a comprehensive insight into end-to-end value chain from forest to customer in a global working environment. This is a great opportunity to be a part of our promise ‘we renew the everyday’, and build smarter and more sustainable Supply Chain - Sandra Jastrzębska, Manager Supply Chain What you will do Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for each shipment transported outside EU if needed Handle eArchiving of sales contracts Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis Be part of introduction of new CRM system Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working Who you are You have a bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing your studies It is an asset if you have any experience in Order Management, Logistics or other roles related to Supply Chain You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own You have great organizational and prioritization skills You are eager to learn new tasks, you are flexible and open minded You are fluent in English ; knowledge of Finnish is an asset This is what we offer to you A meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
