To strengthen our Infrastructures Department in Vilnius , we are looking for a Junior Structural Engineer / BIM Modeler – Draftsperson (m/w/o) 80–100%. Possible location: Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipeda + home office. Your responsibilities Civil engineering object modeling and technical drafting Development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models Collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure accurate and coordinated project deliverables Preparation and updating of technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards Support in the coordination and implementation of BIM workflows throughout the project lifecycle Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, or currently in the 3rd/4th year of studies Excellent proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong advantage Familiarity with BIM workflows is beneficial Fluent English - French or German is an advantage Responsible, diligent, and independent Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented Willingness to learn and continuously improve Strong team player with good communication skills Department Infrastructure - Lithuania Locations CSD Vilnius Remote status Hybrid Employment type Contract
