Core Responsibilities

Participate in profile alignment meetings and kick-off calls with Hiring Managers. Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies. Proactively identify and engage talent across the digital and technology markets. Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates. Guide Hiring Managers on standard Talent Discovery processes and best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience performing talent sourcing or foundational recruitment responsibilities, ideally in an agency or digital environment. Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to conduct interviews and write clear emails and reports. Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings. Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
