Junior Tenders Specialist

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Junior Tenders Specialist!

Key Responsibilities

• Searching for and managing public procurement and tender processes, while monitoring their progress and ensuring timely execution.
• Working with CRM systems, internal company tools, and external tender platforms to support procurement and sales activities.
• Preparing comprehensive tender documentation and submitting bids in line with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales team, providing support to sales representatives and other stakeholders in the preparation of offer and tender-related documentation.
  
  

Our Requirements

• Higher education degree or currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to work with international markets and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of Polish (C1+) and English (B2+ level), both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (our office is located on Domaniewska Street in Warsaw).
  
  

Nice To Have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tender/procurement platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Public Procurement Law.
• Experience in preparing tender and bid documentation.
