iStack Conferences has events held in Dubai, Europe, and Asia, and our Strata Virtual Events brings you Ad World Prime. Since 2015, our conferences have grown exponentially and have become industry leaders globally with more than 50,000 attendees for our online events and 500 companies and 15,000+ attendees annually for our in person events.
At iStack Conferences, we take the business aspects of conferences and turn them into fun, stimulating experiences. The Team
Behind the creation of any great experience is a great team. To produce stellar events, we need a stellar crew. We take pride in recruiting the best talent from the worlds of design, marketing, development, event management and more. Time and persistence has helped us grow from a very small team to a global company that now consists of more than 30+ people from all over the world, including Europe, Philippines, USA, Canada, UAE and New Zealand.

Core Responsibilities
Your role and impact on our team
- You’ll create the website and app design for iStack Conferences brands together with the Senior UI Designer
- You’ll create, develop and improve UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how our sites function and look like
- You’ll create overall concepts for the user experience ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for our users
- You’ll help design the aesthetics to be implemented within our web pages, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
- You’ll create usable components and libraries to optimize the web design process
- You’ll help rebrand templated landing pages and inner pages and make sure branding is consistent
- You’ll help gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and Tech team to brainstorm innovative ideas that you’ll turn into striking and engaging content for our websites
- You’ll create landing pages and web pages for the events ensuring that they are optimized for conversion
- You’ll design any relevant assets needed for our websites including but not limited to: style guides including color palettes, styles, icons, fonts, images et.; site/app banners & thumbnails
- You’ll support the wider iStack Team, mostly the Branding, UI & Print (BUP) side of the Design team to create a variety of ad hoc graphic design as required
- You’ll help identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Work closely with the Head of Production to implement all company processes during pre-production, live shows, and post-production
- You adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Who you are
- Three or more years of experience and proven track record
- You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite apps
- Good time-management skills
- Understanding of basic front-end languages
- You are passionate about design and visual arts. You think at a high-level about creative strategy and are driven to make your work better and develop your abilities. You seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems
- You continually keep yourself and your team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards
- You are open-minded, curious, and want to learn! You research for inspiration and research other events, new trends in web design, and independently train and practice in skills to constantly be improving
- You are open to hearing feedback and taking creative direction from others. You are okay with letting the “strongest idea win” and not taking it personally
- You thrive as a team player both as a collaborator and a supporter of your teammates. You listen to and offer feedback and offer help when their workload is heavy and they need support
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with varied and rapidly changing goals
- You have lots of initiative and use it to solve problems and make corrections and improvements to processes to stop problems arising
- You are extremely detail-focused. You are able to organize your time to manage multiple concurrent projects while effectively prioritizing to meet tight deadlines in order of priority
- You are capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You are invested in developing your abilities and finding opportunities to learn and grow
- Experience in print design is a plus

- Fit work around your life. We use virtual offices and work from home depending on where in the world you are based. We do prefer if you can be primarily office-based in our Valero, Makati, Philippines office
- Enjoy the fruits of Remote Work. As long as your work is done to schedule, we don’t mind if you want to travel at times when doing it. This is normally accepted after your probationary period and dependent on your role and event deadlines
