As a Junior UX/UI Designer with German, you will support our team in shaping outstanding digital interfaces— from concept and wireframes to final design. Your goal: clarity, consistency, and visual excellence across all digital products. Salary: 40 - 55 PLN/h B2B Part time: 30h/week Work model: 100% Remote Your Tasks: • Assist in the design of UX/UI solutions, including wireframes, layouts, and interactive prototypes, • Support the creation of interfaces for web, mobile, and digital applications, • Contribute to design systems and style guides for consistent branding, • Translate requirements into high-quality, implementation-ready design deliverables, • Participate in workshops and keep up to date with UX and AI trends, • Use modern tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI-based technologies for ideation and design exploration. Your Qualifications: • 0–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, • Strong skills in Figma and basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, • Familiarity with UX methods (user flows, wireframes, prototypes) and responsive design, • Understanding of visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy), • Awareness of accessibility standards and technical feasibility (developer hand-off), • Initial experience with AI tools for design is a plus, • Familiarity with design systems and agile workflows desirable, • Team spirit, communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn, • English B2+ and German C1 are mandatory.
