Job Description: Identify and nurture pre-VIP players, helping them progress into the VIP segment Manage the ex-VIP segment: re-engage players who have gone inactive or churned Build and develop communication chains and journeys tailored to VIP and pre-VIP audiences, along with related product-side improvements Present a plan for VIP communication chains and reactivation chains for churned VIPs as part of your onboarding Work with Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics to analyze campaign performance; Collaborate closely with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams. Qualifications: Native Ukrainian speake, English level B1 Previous experience in a CRM role within iGaming (casino and/or sports betting) Hands-on experience with CRM campaigns, from welcome flows to retention and reactivation; Practical experience with CRM platforms such as GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or similar tools; Strong analytical skills and experience working with Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics; Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics; Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; A proactive, responsible team player who takes feedback well and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Additional Information Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies: Children Allowance Mental Health Support Sport Activities Language Courses Automotive Services Veterinary Services Home Office Setup Assistance Dental Services Books and Stationery Training Compensation And yes, even Massage!
