Role Description The KA Manager Crop Protection West and Central Romania is a full-time remote role responsible for managing key accounts and developing crop protection business across the western and central regions of Romania. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and partners, understanding their crop protection needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily activities involve planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, providing technical support on products and applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, coordinating with internal teams on supply and pricing, and supporting sustainable farming practices in line with the company’s vision.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agriculture.
• Skills and experience in farm management and optimization to support effective crop protection strategies.
• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within crop protection, agronomy, or related fields.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time and territories effectively, and travel within West and Central Romania as needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
• Relevant degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or business related studies; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Fluency in Romanian and good command of English; proficiency with digital tools (CRM, MS Office) is beneficial.
