As a Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships, driving the adoption of genuine parts solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will act as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and sustainable commercial results. Duties and Responsibilities Increase customer loyalty and adoption of genuine spare parts across assigned key accounts. Identify and engage target customers to build strong commercial relationships and understand barriers to utilizing genuine parts through the dealer network versus independent aftermarket channels. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate and establish service level agreements with customers to support aftersales business growth. Negotiate wholesale parts agreements with customers operating their own workshop and bodyshop networks. Oversee the implementation and signing of commercial and service agreements. Monitor account performance and business growth following the implementation of agreements. Maintain regular contact with customers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable business development and relationship continuity. Review, renew, and optimize service level agreements in line with business objectives. Prepare and maintain performance reports and customer account analyses. Deliver concise business updates and performance presentations to Nissan management, highlighting business impact and value creation. Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of automotive parts sales and the aftermarket environment. Proven ability to drive results through a commercial and customer-focused approach. Strong business development and relationship-building skills, including prospecting and customer engagement. Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers. Excellent planning, organization, and workload management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. KPIs Number of incremental national agreements signed. Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Growth in genuine parts sales within assigned accounts. Customer retention and account development performance. Revenue growth generated through strategic customer agreements.
