Main responsibilities: Ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the region’s electrical infrastructure and overhead contact line systems by organizing maintenance, repair, and development activities Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical and overhead contact line maintenance works, project implementation, and the prompt resolution of faults and emergency situations Lead the department team, ensuring effective workforce organization, employee development, motivation, and compliance with safety requirements Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, technical standards, and operational requirements; participate in the review and approval of design documentation, as well as in equipment acceptance and accident investigation commissions Initiate and implement solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, performance, and reliability of electrical and overhead contact line equipment What do we expect? The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies. AB „LTG Infra“ is a part of the "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" Group, whose main activities are the management, use and disposal of railway infrastructure under the right of entrustment and the performance of the functions of a public railway infrastructure manager. One of our main focus areas of our activities is "Rail Baltica", the largest rail infrastructure project in the history of the Baltic States, which will connect Lithuania and the Baltic States to Western Europe by a railway. We are also developing intermodal transportation services and new international rail routes.
