About this Position Lead and grow strategic semiconductor accounts by building strong customer partnerships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities while collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. What you´ll do Achieve annual sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and territories. Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting regional sales and marketing objectives. Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to grow assigned businesses. Build and manage strong relationships with global and regional key account customers in collaboration with the global team. Partner with marketing and product management teams to provide market insights and support new product strategies and roadmaps. Monitor market trends and customer requirements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions. Ensure effective collaboration across functions to meet customer expectations and business goals. Analyze sales performance and market data to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare regular reports on sales pipelines, forecast accuracy, budget achievement, business plans, and new opportunities. Track competitor activities, products, and market developments to maintain a competitive advantage. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, customer meetings, and training programs as required. What makes you a good fit Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years of account management experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of the industry, market, customers, and competitors. Proven sales track record with strong business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, value selling, and networking. Self-driven, analytical, and team-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
