Key Account Manager - Food Ingredients

Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Partner with key internal stakeholders to align and implement strategic industry plan initiatives and product offering. Support strategic goals by implementing business plan to achieve and exceed target revenue and gross margin. Run various marketing campaigns with key customers in West India. Cultivate and develop relationships with top management of targeted existing and potential customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier. Effectively manage projects in Salesforce and update them on a periodic basis. Ensure timely and successful delivery of food ingredients solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements. Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Food Science or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years of sales or commercial experience in Food ingredients, Flavours or Food & Beverage industry. Experience with customers engagement and key account management. Good commercial and technical acumen that enables identification of technical and commercial needs, and proposal of optimized solution. Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability and team player. Proactive and independent. Proven ability to work and manage time and priorities un-supervised. Effective listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Willing to travel extensively. How Would You Stand Out? Strong food ingredients and key account management experience. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
