Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Key Account Manager for Commercial Branding & Transportation Division at 3M Sweden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Creating solid relationships to key customers (converters) and end users Leading and managing business, campaigns, sales and pricing initiatives to drive sales Having regular meetings with key converters and end users on the Nordic market Specifying 3M products at end user level Creating, executing and reviewing sales and product strategies Organizing joint visits with converters to end user/brand owner accounts Negotiating contract/agreement Providing basic technical information to the signing market (Converters and end users) Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Solid business experience Able to handle complex situations with composure and professionalism.
