Key Account Manager – Germany

WHAT YOU WILL DO
▸ Portfolio ownership – manage a mixed portfolio of DIY, OEM and wholesale accounts across Germany.
▸ Revenue & margin – build account plans with clear targets; execute assortment and distribution strategy.
▸ New business development – identify, qualify and convert new accounts through calls, field visits and trade fairs.
▸ Commercial relationships – own range reviews, promotional planning and day-to-day customer interactions.
▸ Reporting & pipeline – maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain.
WHAT YOU BRING
▸ 3–5 years in KAM, trade sales or B2B field sales with a track record on new and existing accounts
▸ Background in construction, building materials or the sanitary industry - necessary requirement
▸ Comfortable owning a revenue target; solid margin understanding and confident negotiation skills
▸ Native or C2 German; working English
▸ Based in Germany; willing to travel ~40% regionally
