Overview As a Key Account Operations Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting the operational success of Crocs' strategic wholesale customers. Acting as the connection between our customers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless execution across order management, planning, logistics, customer service, and business operations. Through strong collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven insights, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting sustainable business growth. This is a full-time position based in our Hoofddorp office. To support collaboration and cross-functional partnership, this role follows a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week. What You'll Do Own the operational performance of assigned strategic and focus wholesale accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and execution. Build strong relationships with customer operations, planning, and supply chain teams while serving as a trusted operational partner. Monitor account performance, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional solutions to resolve operational challenges. Support customer onboarding, seasonal launches, promotions, and business growth initiatives. Analyze operational data and performance trends to provide recommendations that improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Maintain account scorecards, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement best practices, and support transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Technology, Distribution Centers, and Customer Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Lead or support special projects, customer initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across the region. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Account Operations, or a related field. Knowledge of the German language is preferred Experience supporting customer-facing operations in a wholesale or B2B environment preferred. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or similar business systems. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, customer experience, and operational excellence.
