Position Title: Key Account Representative Department: Sales, Consumer Solutions Location: Rajahmundry RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Account Management Sales Growth Customer – relationship development Introduction of New products aligning to Solenis Resolving technical issues/ trouble shooting for issues on paper machines Coordination with site commercial team for orders/ payments Responsible for looking for and ensuring proper functioning of the Solenis equipment’s on the sites Keeping view on competition‘s activities on site and ensuring the Solenis business is well guarded. Attend safety and development training courses, online or offline. Spares management for all applications running at sites. 2. People management Manage approx. 25 technical support staff. Qualifications & Experience Industrial Experience - 10 to 15 years, must have knowledge of the Biocide & Pulp mill applications Bachelors degree Engineering / Masters degree Chemical background preferred People management experience
