We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to support our team in Hannover, Germany, in a backfill role focused on SD Order Management. You will implement, configure, and enhance order management processes in our S/4HANA environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, data quality, and strong system performance in support of our digital transformation efforts. Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities to meet business requirements for order management processes Execute data backfill and migration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance standards Analyze current order management workflows and identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user guides Perform detailed testing of order management functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SD module Troubleshoot and resolve order management issues, providing timely support to end-users and business teams Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performance Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field working in multinational organizations or international project environments SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent professional credential Several years of hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration and proven experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module Proven expertise in order management processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows Strong knowledge of data migration, backfill techniques, and master data management Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization methodologies Experience with SQL or database query languages for data analysis and validation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English The well-being of our employees is important to us.
