Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresgehalt von 54.000 € bis 59.000 € (brutto, Vollzeit), abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

Deine Aufgaben

• Disposition und Organisation internationaler Transporte mit verschiedenen Verkehrsträgern weltweit
• Auftragsannahme und -erfassung u.a. in SAP / GTS
• Erstellung von Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten inkl. Präferenznachweisen
• Begleitung von Akkreditiv -Anforderungen
• Kommunkationen mit nationalen und internationalen Zollstellen, Versandhäfen, sowie internen und externen Kunden
• Kommunikation mit Vertrieb und Buchhaltung bzgl. der Projektfinanzierung
• Weltweite Koordination mit Zollagenten und Kunden
  
  

Deine Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Industriekauffrau/-mann, Speditonskauffrau/-mann
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektbereich und Zollbereich
• Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
