We're building UNITE — the Strategy-to-Outcome Platform, and with it a new market category. On a validated body of methods (Wiley bestseller, 100,000+ users, 200+ executable frameworks, our own ontology), companies design the right strategy and carry it to outcome — method-guided, deterministic, auditable.

We're looking for the Knowledge Architect: the deepest methods expertise in the house — academically grounded, practically proven. You build the methodological core, make it machine-executable, and support our enterprise pilots hands-on with customers. No C-title, no line management — your leverage is depth.

Your mandate

• Deepen and extend the methods corpus: sharpen frameworks for AI-executability, derive new ones in priority domains (Data & AI, Change, Org Design), and integrate each into the UNITE ontology — every field unambiguous, every connection explicit.
• Own methodological quality for the Results Engine: review AI outputs and set the standard — MECE, crisp definitions, ontological consistency.
• Support the enterprise pilots (from October) hands-on: capture customer needs, translate them methodically, safeguard output quality — where academia meets practice.
• From validated pilots (2027) you can shape an enablement/academy function; your home stays the methods core.

Compensation: substantial equity with milestone vesting, cash below corporate scale. If you need a corporate package: wrong role.

Must-haves

• Deep methods competence across several domains (strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, transformation delivery) — breadth over a single specialism
• Strong research track record, PhD a big plus.
• Academia ↔ practice bridge: you've worked scientifically AND delivered real projects with customers.
• You decompose complexity MECE into machine-readable formats and write crisp definitions — for humans and machines alike.
• Computational linguistics: a big plus and especially relevant here — ontology design, term disambiguation, structured knowledge representation.
• AI-assisted working as your daily mode; fluent English. Remote first, but based in Europe so we can meet in person now and then.
