KOL Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead influencer and KOL marketing initiatives to build and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for our clients. We are looking to grow our influencer network across Xiaohongshu (Rednote) and Instagram, with a focus on the Singapore market. We mainly work on performance advertising, social media, and Chinese market expansion (Rednote).

This candidate should have an existing network of influencers and KOLs, and be deeply knowledgeable about the social and content landscape across XHS and IG. He/She should collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to plan, pitch, and deliver influencer campaigns. We are looking for a self-starter with fresh ideas and strong relationships, who can match the right creators to the right brands and run campaigns end-to-end. This is a remote position based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and build relationships with influencers and KOLs across Xiaohongshu and Instagram
• Develop and maintain an influencer network across the Chinese and SEA markets
• Work together with the strategy and creative teams to devise influencer campaign proposals for target brands
• Manage campaign execution end-to-end — briefing, negotiation, content approval, posting schedules, and reporting
• Negotiate rates and deliverables with creators and their agencies
• Track campaign performance and share reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement
• Stay on top of platform trends, content formats, and emerging creators

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or KOL Management
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer campaigns on Xiaohongshu (Rednote) and Instagram
• An existing network of influencers and KOLs across the Singapore and/or SEA markets
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English — able to communicate and negotiate with creators in both
• Experience working with established global brands preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Able to work remotely and independently, based in Kuala Lumpur
