Konsultant E-File (E-Akte) / Ekspert ECM Tech stack: Fabasoft eGov-Suite Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Document Management Systems (DMS) Electronic File Management (E-Akte) Workflow-driven document processes Digital records management Requirements: Proven hands-on experience with Fabasoft solutions Experience working in ECM, DMS, or electronic document management environments Understanding of document lifecycle management and digital records processes Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or user enablement activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to deliver knowledge transfer, workshops, and training sessions Fluent Polish and good English communication skills (B2+) Residence and tax residency in Poland Willingness to travel occasionally for a few days at a time for workshops, training sessions, or consulting activities Availability to work in a project and consulting environment (Monday–Friday) Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Nice to have: Experience with public sector or e-government projects Knowledge of E-Akte solutions and records management concepts Experience in business process analysis and optimization Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives Previous exposure to German clients or international project environments Experience conducting end-user training and mentoring activities Project description: We are looking for a Fabasoft Expert to join an international consulting project focused on electronic document management and digital transformation initiatives. The role is dedicated to supporting a public sector client in Germany through the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Fabasoft-based solutions. We are looking for a specialist who can act as a subject matter expert, support project activities, and transfer knowledge to internal teams through workshops, mentoring, and training sessions. The work is delivered in a project-based consulting model, following the Munich business calendar and standard business hours. Occasional business travel may be required for training or consulting engagements.
