KYC Casemanager (Medior)

Let's shape it together. In this role, you will ensure that all legal and regulatory AML/KYC requirements are properly met while maintaining direct contact with clients. Your responsibilities: Review existing client files and identify missing information. Research and validate information through internal systems and public sources. Contact clients to obtain required documents and information. Follow up on cases and ensure deadlines are met. Verify the accuracy and compliance of received documentation. Determine ownership structures and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) in accordance with regulatory requirements. Correctly register, document, and archive case information. In time, contribute to the integrated processing of UBO and KYC files. For this challenging role, we are looking for a reliable professional who can contribute to high-quality case management and processing. Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through relevant experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, case management, or a similar banking environment. Knowledge of UBO, KYC, and AML regulations is a strong asset. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Accurate, analytical, and well-organized.
