Having successfully managed complex anti‑financial crime frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, he now brings this institutional knowledge to create Qonto’s first compliance group function. His background spans from frontline investigations to strategic risk management, making him uniquely positioned to guide both operational excellence and regulatory compliance as Qonto expands across European markets. 🏅 About You • Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of experience in KYC/KYB, Financial Security, or Compliance, ideally within a traditional bank or a Fintech with significant volume. • Hard Skills: You master the regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) and have specific experience with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients. • Analytical Mindset: You are rigorous and capable of analyzing complex corporate documents (financial statements, ownership structures) efficiently. • Continuous Improvement: You are proactive in identifying gaps in processes and proposing concrete solutions to Product and Ops teams. • Languages: You are fluent in French and English.
