L2 / L3 TAC Engineer

We are currently looking for experienced Level 2 / Level 3 TAC Support Engineers to join an ongoing remote support contract.

This role is suited to engineers with strong Middle Mile networking experience who can provide expert troubleshooting, escalation support, and emergency assistance across Infinera XTM and GX products.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Level 2/Level 3 TAC support
• Strong Middle Mile networking expertise
• Experience supporting Infinera XTM and GX platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and escalation skills
