LabWare, Scientific Business Analyst

Job Description CSols Inc. is currently seeking a Scientific Business Analyst (SBA) for a position in Westchester County, New York. This role requires being onsite four days per week, with one day of remote work. We are looking for a self-starter who can ramp up quickly, operate independently, and deliver meaningful results with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience working with scientists, laboratory operators, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, design workflows and configuration solutions, as well as drive successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: As a strategic liaison between scientific and IT teams, the SBA will own the following areas: • Stakeholder Relationship Management — Build and maintain trusted partnerships across scientific and technical teams • Requirements Elicitation & Process Mapping — Capture business needs, map current-state processes, and identify value-add opportunities • Solution Design & Implementation Support — Partner with the business and fellow IT team members to design and deliver system solutions aligned to business needs • Test Script Development — Draft and/or support execution of user acceptance test scripts • Change Management & Adoption — Drive end-user adoption and change readiness throughout implementation Requirements • Strong pharmaceutical/scientific background, preferably within Formulation • Working knowledge of Dashboards and Data Visualization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated leadership, relationship building and partnership capabilities • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Lucid • Solid understanding of the LabWare Platform Benefits Company Overview: CSols Inc. is the leading Laboratory Informatics Solutions Provider in North America.
