What you’ll do Partnering with key business stakeholders to support the needs of the business Develops solutions and delivers on priorities for the designated scope. Maintains metrics for sourcing scope and identifies new areas of opportunity to deliver or exceed targets. Develop and implement Indirect Sourcing strategy, agreed scope and in line with global initiatives. Owns achieving Indirect savings targets, leading, and running project execution across their supply base Responsible for risk management in supplier base ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met. Liaise with stakeholders and Sourcing colleagues across the organization to understand /share best practices and leverage expertise. Identify and own logistics Latam supply base. Leverage category contracts into assigned SBU (Strategic Business Units) to maximize opportunities. Drive business metrics affected by indirect Sourcing, identify new areas of cost out and implement operating efficiency. Interface with SBUs on cross business projects Provide appropriate contract coverage for logistics serviceses in the region. Be proficient in executing the GEHC legal templates and negotiating terms and conditions, service levels and pricing with suppliers. Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements. Develop and maintaining of fully qualified and compliant supply base. What you need to have Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sourcing, logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, or supply chain management, including negotiation and contract management responsibilities. Proven organizational and project management skills (multi-faceted & complex projects) with ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results on time. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions in complex and diverse business environments. Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. Excellent communication and influencing skills, including interaction with senior leadership. Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, value creation, productivity, and process improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. Shown ability to lead and cooperate with teams virtually and in person at all levels of an organization Proficient with IT based tools Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portugues.
