Launch Manager, 5-Day Challenge & Webinar Funnels (Client-Facing)

Automated Offers
Posted 5 days ago
🇺🇸United States🏠Remote💰$4.5K–$6.5K/mo📁Marketing
Is this job info correct?

Full-time · Remote (US) · US Eastern hours · $4,500–6,500/month DOE + 0.5% launch revenue bonus

We run done-for-you challenge and summit launches for coaches and course creators. Six-figure ad budgets, seven-figure results. Until now, the founder has run every launch personally. This seat changes that.

You run every launch we ship, end to end. Between launches, you run our ongoing ad-management accounts. The launch is on your desk before it's on anyone else's, and it stays there.

Read the whole post before applying. The application questions at the bottom are mandatory, and we reject incomplete applications without reading the CV.

A week in this seat

If you worked here last week, you might have:

  • Caught a broken registration link during your Wednesday QA pass, three days before a client's challenge went live instead of the morning of
  • Run the daily launch-week standup: 20 minutes, every blocker named, every owner clear
  • Sent a client their daily stats drop at 8:47am (spend, CPL, registrations, show rate) with the one soft number flagged and a fix already in motion before they asked
  • Told a client, kindly and with an alternative, that their preferred launch date collides with another live window and isn't happening, and held that line
  • Spent Friday afternoon turning what broke last launch into two new checklist items so it can't break twice
  • Coordinated the media buyer, copywriter, tech, and moderation team against one calendar. None of them report to you. All of them ship on time because you're in the room.

If that list reads like your actual job history, keep going. If it reads like an aspiration, this seat will eat you in week one. We'd rather tell you now.

What you'll own
  • Every launch cycle, in full. Pre-launch build, registration promotion, the 5-day live window, cart close, debrief. The calendar, the checklist, the war-room cadence.
  • The master launch calendar. Launches are scheduled so live windows never collide. You hold that line, including with clients.
  • Client communication. Daily stats during live windows, weekly reporting for ad-management accounts, proactive comms when anything changes. You are a primary point of contact for clients spending six figures.
  • The playbooks. In your first 90 days you'll work directly with the founder to document our launch system into SOPs and ClickUp templates. Every debrief updates the playbook within two weeks. The system lives on paper, not in your head.
  • Account mode. Between launches you run our ongoing ad clients: reporting cadence, creative-refresh coordination, keeping every account moving. You will always be busy, never idle.

You're our person if
  • You've run live launches: challenges, webinars, summits, or product launches with a registration, show-up, pitch, close motion. You know what launch week feels like from the inside, and you can describe the exact mistakes you don't repeat anymore.
  • You'd rather make the launch boring than be the hero who saved it. If the live window is calm and the checklist is green, you did your job.
  • You test every link yourself. A cart-close email going out an hour late physically bothers you.
  • You can read Meta Ads metrics (spend, CPL, CTR, registrations, ROAS) and turn them into a client update that lands in under two minutes.
  • You're comfortable telling a client no. Kindly, clearly, with an alternative. And it sticks.
  • You document compulsively. A process isn't owned until the SOP says how to run it without you.

How we'll measure you
  • Every launch hits every committed milestone on the committed date. QA complete 48 hours before go-live, not the morning of.
  • Zero calendar collisions. Two live windows never overlap.
  • Daily stats drops out by 9am ET during every live window, without being chased.
  • The "things that broke two launches in a row" list shrinks every cycle.

Schedule expectations

Launch weeks are intense. Evenings happen, and live windows don't reschedule. Between launches the pace shifts to steady account management and system-building. If you only want one of those two modes, this isn't your seat, and we'd rather tell you now than surprise you in week three.

Compensation
  • $4,500–6,500/month DOE, full-time contractor
  • 0.5% of launch revenue on every launch that hits its KPIs. Our launches regularly generate six and seven figures, so a clean launch adds a meaningful bonus, and multiple launches a year compound it. When the launch wins, you win.
  • Fully remote (US-based), long-term role with growth into senior operations leadership

How to apply (mandatory)

Attach your CV and written answers to both questions below. Applications without both answers are rejected unread. This is the first test of the detail-orientation the job requires.

  1. Walk us through the last launch you owned end to end. What you did the week before go-live, during the live window, and the day something broke.
  2. Tell us about a time you told a client no on timing or scope and made it stick. What you said, and what happened.
