FineTurf Lawn Care is looking for an experienced, motivated Remote Lawn Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who already understands the lawn care industry—especially fertilization and weed control programs—and knows how to connect with customers, uncover their needs, and confidently close the sale. If you’ve sold lawn care services over the phone and enjoy the challenge of turning leads into loyal customers, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in improving their lawns. Your role will be to turn incoming opportunities into new customers while making sure every customer interaction is professional, helpful, and positive. Respond to and follow up with inbound sales leads Sell residential fertilization and weed control programs Conduct sales conversations and confidently close opportunities over the phone Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Deliver an exceptional customer experience—not just a sales pitch Follow up consistently with leads and customers Keep customer information, estimates, and sales activity organized in the CRM Work closely with our operations and customer service teams Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For The right person isn't just a salesperson. You’re a problem-solver, a good listener, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. We're especially interested in candidates who have: Previous sales experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or a related service industry Hands-on experience selling fertilization and weed control programs Experience selling services over the phone Strong communication and active listening skills A natural customer-service mindset The ability to quickly build trust and rapport with homeowners Strong follow-up and organizational skills Confidence working independently in a remote environment A goal-oriented mindset without sacrificing the customer experience Experience With These Systems? That's a Plus. Experience with any of the following is preferred: RealGreen / SA5 Captivated Voice for Turf Google Suite You don't need to have experience with every system.
