About the role
Our Corporate Advisory team brings sharp legal insight and strategic thinking to the country’s most complex and high-value transactions. We advise on public and private M&A, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
We're now seeking an experienced public M&A lawyer to join our Sydney team.

What you bring
2-4 years' experience in corporate law, including exposure to public M&A
Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market.
Top-tier drafting, analytical and client advisory skills
Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical and commercial mindset.
A team-first approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcome
