Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing legal counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, advising on legal matters, and managing legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft legal agreements, contracts, and other documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on matters such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes and address complex legal issues.

• Represent the company in negotiations and dispute resolution processes as required.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant with evolving legal requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, or compliance law.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal opinions and presenting findings to non-legal audiences.

• Experience with contract lifecycle management and familiarity with legal research tools.
