If you choose to become Providentist , you’ll come to a diverse environment and you will even have virtual colleagues - you will meet our robots Arya, Ema and Jorah, who have taken over and optimized several repetitive tasks in Human Resources, Finance or Credit Risk. They haven't taken on all the responsibilities and that's why we need your expertise and knowledge. Here’s what you will do: Partner with teams to understand learning needs and turn them into engaging solutions Act as a trusted L&D consultant, advising stakeholders on the best learning approaches Design and deliver impactful learning experiences (onboarding, workshops, e-learning, learning journeys) Create and update digital learning content using modern tools and manage the LMS Develop learning materials (presentations, videos, guides, templates) that are practical and easy to use Initiate and coordinate internal learning projects from idea to execution Measure impact and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback Collaborate with external partners and vendors when needed Bring fresh ideas and initiatives that strengthen our learning culture The Ideal Candidate Curious, proactive and eager to continuously learn and improve Organized, collaborative and able to manage several projects at the same time Solid understanding of how people learn and of instructional design principles Strong communication skills, able to translate technical or business topics into clear learning content Experience as Learning & Development specialist/consultant/ L&D project management (min. 3 years in a similar role) Hands-on experience with e-learning development and LMS administration Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and in international environments Passionate and skilled in using and exploring different digital tools Advanced English (written & spoken) Bachelor's Degree What’s in it for you?
