A global pharmaceutical leader is investing heavily in the future of medicine manufacturing, with a major greenfield AI programme designed to transform how medicines are produced. At the heart of this transformation is Agentic AI, creating intelligent systems capable of reasoning, collaborating and making decisions across complex manufacturing environments.

You'll join a newly established, international team of AI Engineers and take a leading role in designing and building sophisticated multi-agent AI systems.

If you're an experienced Lead Software Engineer who has already delivered Agentic AI solutions and you're looking for a role where you can shape the technology rather than simply work within it, this is a chance to get in at the ground floor.

You Will:

• Lead the design of sophisticated multi-agent AI systems
• Build robust, production-grade Python solutions that power real-world, mission-critical AI applications
• Design, build and evolve multi agent AI systems using LangGraph and LangChain
• Create intelligent agents that turn data into decisions

Skills / Experience:

• Software Engineering background
• Prior experience delivering Agentic AI systems
• Strong Leadership experience
